Society for Ethnopharmacology is affiliated to the International Society for Ethnopharmacology, Switzerland.

SFE, India constituted with academicians, researchers and industrialists for dissemination of knowledge and expertise for promotion and development of medicinal plants & other natural products with the vision of globalizing local knowledge and localizing global technologies.

To recognize the outstanding contribution in the area of medicinal plant research & ethnopharmacology, the Society has instituted several awards. Nominations are invited for the following awards of the Society for Ethnopharmacology (SFE), Kolkata, which will be conferred during the 12th Convention of SFE, India (SECON 2025) at Santiniketan, West Bengal, India during October 30-31, 2025.
